KMM has the Finetech Fineplacer CRS10 compact rework system.  This allows us to rework and replace a variety of BGA and fine pitch components.  This rework station is equipped with a reflow module for top heating and full area bottom heating.  The large field of view allows alignment of large components with lengths of up to 45mm.  Larger components can be aligned using Finetech’s split field optics.
